Why Free and Easy?

The name of our company has 3 origin points:

1) Free and easy is a common phrase used in sports’ circles to encourage athletes to play loose and relaxed; to allow their natural talent and ability to shine. For example, in baseball, “Swing free and easy, kid.”

We all have innate abilities that can allow us to thrive if we let them; it simply comes down to knowing what they are and allowing them to flow freely and effortlessly

2) Free and easy indicates how our clients feel after working with us. So many of our clients come to us highly stressed, anxious, discouraged, and stuck; feeling like they’ve tried everything to change and that their problems are insurmountable

After going through our programs they transform into individuals who are relaxed, confident, empowered, and excited to take on the next challenge and seize every opportunity

3) Free and easy is a reflection of our head coach and owner, John-Michael

Those who have met him often describe him as welcoming, friendly, and easy to talk to.

He is supportive, knowledgeable, and light-hearted, which allows clients to feel comfortable and confident when sharing their struggles and executing their designed strategies
