My biggest issue was my fear of failure and imposter syndrome.

After months of working on it along side John-Michael, I was able to overcome these mental roadblocks and found the peace and freedom I was missing from my life.

We talked through what I was doing at the time to help with the issues, what we thought worked well and what didn't, what he thought I should work on/implement, and most importantly was how to implement such things.

Rome didn't fall in a day and making a change to the brain is no different, it takes time.

My biggest takeaway that I still very actively practice to this day is the idea of mindfulness. With this comes daily 5-10 minute meditation sessions. These truly have changed my life and I fear where I'd be mentally had I not met John-Michael.

John-Michael carries many great coaching traits. He's hard working, determined, honest and kind. But, I think the most valuable trait of his is his willingness to never give up on anyone.

Whether it was hour long walks where we'd chat about life and where my head was at or texting me excerpts from books and articles way into the night because he researched/found something that he thought would help me.

He was always available and really did make me feel like I mattered and that I could get better. I highly recommend his coaching services!

Even years after I received coaching, I still find myself utilizing some of the tools that he had given me, so I am thankful for the lasting impact he has given me to help lead a healthier, happier life.

I started seeking coaching after 2 semesters of pretty bad grades and not having a healthy internal drive. I needed someone to help me stop my bad habits and turn them into good ones.

Before starting the coaching sessions my main area of focus was on my academics and getting good grades. I needed to get and stay motivated through the school year.

The coaching sessions helped me out in several ways. They kept me accountable, allowed me to communicate my thoughts and feelings on different aspects of my life, helped me discover that my main issue wasn't actually my academics but rather my mental and physical health and lack of confidence.

John-Michael gave me a new outlook on aspects of my life that I wasn't originally seeing. He helped me work towards completing and expanding my goals every week with new techniques, strategies, and exercises.

The biggest change after the coaching program was my self-confidence. I have become much more confident and feel better in my own body. Even though I have lost significant weight and look much better physically, the mental side of myself is what I believe to be the biggest transformation.

Internally I have more self-confidence, my mind is much clearer, and it feels like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders because I have begun to feel good about myself. Externally, I have lost 90 pounds in 6 months, I am consistently going to the gym and have a meal plan set for myself.

Since I am more of a visual learner, he encouraged me to use a calendar and different forms of reminding me to do things like sticky notes. So now I have a calendar I use for the month and I write important things on sticky notes and hang them in places I pass often. So not only is it my physical health externally, but also my habits have become much healthier.

Something I like about coaching is that it is like talking to a friend who is just asking deep and challenging questions. I enjoyed all my sessions and we had plenty of laughs on the calls, but we also made progress. Another thing I liked about working with John-Michael is that he was always on my side.

When I did something good or productive we were happy and celebrated and when I didn't have a great week he would reassure me and say that we were in this together. It was really nice having someone constantly rooting for you to strive and knowing you have someone you can talk to.

The biggest thing I gained from the coaching process was all the strategies I was taught and the good habits I learned and adapted too.

I absolutely recommend John-Michael to have you as your coach. He is an amazing person to talk to because he is very friendly, funny, and always positive. He uses techniques to help reprogram your brain to do healthier things. He has a great format for setting goals and a good process to accomplish them. He never oversteps, for example if you don't want to talk about something he won't go near it.

He has made a massive impact in my life and sparked a new way of life for me. I heavily recommend John-Michael and the way he goes about the coaching process.

The main areas that we focused on were improving my mental fortitude by improving and adding new strategies for anxiety relief and general techniques to improve my outlook on life.

In my early years of life, I struggled with a high level of anxiety. Often times, this anxiety was so intense I would have physical reactions to it, such as shaking.
